Thank you for supporting our 2025 Meg Vang Memorial tournament this upcoming weekend. This is the largest event we have ever had with 473 teams. We are grateful!

Program Directors/Coaches–it is essential that you pass this onto your teams/coaches.

Emails that ask for schedule changes will be deleted. This includes emails that start with “I know you said to not ask for schedule changes but” There is no way with this many teams/divisions we will keep everyone happy. If you do not have the perfect schedule, we apologize but it is what it is.

Please also note we have 68 different divisions in the tournament–do not email me saying your team is not in the tournament if they are. Use CTRL F to find your team if needed.

If you asked in advance for a request that we did not honor, you may email us but at this point no changes will be guaranteed. I do not like being so strict but with this tournament, we do not have much of a choice. There are way too many teams with schedule requests and honoring them all is not possible. Teams need to have some flexibility.

Games will be at Forest Lake HS, Forest Lake MS, Stillwater HS, Maple Grove Junior High and White Bear Lake HS.

If you are playing at Stillwater HS please use the map below. You can use door 4W for courts 1-4 and 11W for courts 5-8. Admissions tables will be at both doors.

For White Bear Lake HS games will be at the North Campus. Use entrance off Bald Eagle Avenue.

The earliest entry for each day is 730 AM. Do not try to enter facilities prior to then.

All locations will have concessions.

Admissions will be $13 for adults and $6 for students/seniors for the daily pass and $25 and $10 for the weekend pass. Cash or card. Card does carry a processing fee.

A coach for each team should check the team in. Each team will get 3 free wristbands. 2 for coaches and 1 for someone to do the clock/book. Each team will supply someone for the clock or book each game.

We will have t-shirt awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers in all divisions.
